We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return a product, please follow these guidelines:

1. Return Period:

   You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.

2. Condition of the Product:

   The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.

3. Return Process:

   Send us an email at support@ledera.ch with your order number and the reason for the return.

   We will send you the return address and further instructions. Please do not send the item to our company address as it is not intended for returns.

   Pack the product securely and send it to the specified address.

4. Refund:

   After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method within 14 days.

5. Return Costs:

   We cover the cost of return shipping.
