These general terms and conditions apply to orders placed over the internet with Ledera.ch, based in Cham ZG.
The customer is obliged to provide truthful information about themselves.
The operator's offer on the internet is binding. If the customer places an order, it is understood as an offer to conclude a purchase agreement. The binding purchase agreement is concluded upon the dispatch of the order confirmation by the shop operator.
The goods are delivered in advance according to the model or image and description. Small deviations in size, structure, or color, as well as erroneous information due to mistakes, program, or transmission errors, are reserved. Ledera.ch provides information about products and services. Price and range changes as well as technical changes are reserved. All information on www.ledera.ch (product descriptions, images, illustrations, films, dimensions, weights, technical specifications, accessory relationships, and other information) is for illustration purposes and should be understood as approximate values and are non-binding. They do not constitute any warranties or guarantees unless explicitly stated otherwise. Ledera GmbH strives to provide all information and data on this website accurately, completely, and clearly, but cannot guarantee it, either explicitly or implicitly.
The prices valid at the time of the conclusion of the contract apply, excluding VAT (since we are not subject to VAT). The prices apply to deliveries within Switzerland. The delivered goods remain the property of the online shop operator until the full purchase price has been paid.
Payment of the invoice amount is made by debit and credit cards.
All items will be delivered according to the shipping terms listed in the shop. On the product page or in the shopping cart of the online shop, the customer will be provided with a provisional delivery date, or contact will be made with the customer to agree on an individual delivery date. If an item is temporarily unavailable, the shop operator will inform the customer about the expected delivery time, provided a correct address has been provided. In case of delivery delay of more than 3 weeks beyond the published delivery date (according to the order confirmation), the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract. No compensation is owed to the buyer for this withdrawal from the contract.
The shipping conditions generally apply only within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. For deliveries abroad, the customer is responsible for any taxes and duties, as well as parcel fees and any additional administrative costs.
We offer a 2-year warranty on any defects in construction and materials. The warranty does not cover consumables such as light bulbs, damage from wear and tear, aging, improper handling, or natural color changes due to light and other environmental influences. Other claims are excluded. Complaints or transportation damages must be reported within 5 days after receipt of the goods. The right of return is valid for 14 days after receipt of the goods.
The shop operator excludes liability for slight negligent breaches of contract.
If a provision of these general terms and conditions is found to be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains valid. The relevant statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provision.
Swiss law applies, and Cham ZG is the place of jurisdiction.
