All products come with a warranty period of 24 months for private customers. The warranty commences from the date the goods are delivered.

Please note that for bulky items, an additional surcharge of CHF 35 will be applicable. These prices are valid for both standard delivery and delivery via freight forwarder.
The transport of bulky and heavy items necessitates additional handling, as they cannot be packaged using standard methods. In certain cases, multiple employees may be required to prepare these goods for transport.
For bulky items, a surcharge of CHF 35 will be applied, which is calculated independently of the standard shipping costs. This bulky goods surcharge is applicable once per order containing a bulky item, and it will also apply if the order value exceeds the threshold for standard shipping costs. You can determine whether an item qualifies as a bulky item by checking your shopping cart.
Your order will be shipped reliably and safely via Post. The shipment is insured against transport damage.
If your order cannot be delivered by parcel service due to its size and weight, we will organize transport. We will automatically contact you to coordinate the delivery date with you. Please let us know your delivery address when ordering.
Yes, we provide delivery services to international destinations; however, please note that transport expenses will apply.
We place a high priority on ensuring prompt and efficient delivery of your desired products. However, in some instances, it is possible for a package to become untraceable by the shipping service provider amid the volume of shipments.
For us to initiate the necessary procedures with the shipping service provider, we require a legally binding declaration confirming that the goods have not been received. Should this situation arise, our customer service team will guide you to the appropriate documents provided by the shipping service provider, which can be downloaded from our website. These documents must be completed, signed, and returned to us electronically.
